Refund Policy

SICA’s Refund Policy gives you an option to apply for a refund under specific reasons within the specified refund period.

All payments made towards membership on the SICA website is non-refundable, except under the following circumstances-

  • Double payment made
  • Person applying is not eligible to be a SICA member
  • Incorrect selection of member category

SICA reserves the right to refuse refund even under exceptional circumstances if SICA deems the reason provided by the user is unsatisfactory.

Refund will be provided by way of cheque and will be processed within a period of 14 business days.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. Document proof to support refund request is mandatory
  2. Request for refund must be initiated within 15 days of making the payment
  3. Refund will not be processed if the user is found to have derived any benefit from the SICA website after making the payment
  4. SICA reserves the right to restrict refund if customer in any way breaches this policy

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

The membership to SICA is non-refundable, non-transferable and not modifiable. If a user wants to upgrade the tier of membership, fresh application needs to be made.
